Welding
PCT Engineered Systems offers a range of welding services, which includes metal inert gas (MIG) welding, tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, and spot welding operations. AWS D1.1-certified welders perform all of our manual welding operations. PCT has ASME Section 8 Division 1 Standard Certified welders on staff with more than 40 years of experience. Our welding operations can be carried out on a diverse range of materials, including stainless steel and aluminum in an assortment of sizes ranging from ¼-inch bars to 50-foot frames.
Our staff’s abilities were recently expanded to include welders with vacuum welding certification. This has allowed PCT to produce our own vacuum service components.
Our fabrication shop has the equipment and experience to fabricate, form and weld a variety of projects. We can fabricate new structures or repair existing ones. We readily work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper/brass, molybdenum and tungsten. PCT's metal fabrication facility offers machining, blasting, painting and final assembly.
