Superior Film Handling

Your offset press provides superior print quality on film substrates. While EB is an inherently "cool" drying technology, our integrated chill roll provides an even higher level of temperature control which allows curing on the most sensitive shrink label films. It will also handle the heat associated with curing heavy solid ink layers. Integrated chill rolls are an exclusive feature of BroadBeam OSD and are not available on competitive EB "down-fire" dryers.

Easier Maintenance

No more lying flat on your back to change foils. The low profile "side-fire" orientation of the OSD provides easy access. Save time and money by using a single window foil compared to competitive models that have two foils to replace. Our remote diagnostics allow for 24-7 monitoring by PCT's expert technicians.
